Products Needed:
1 3/4 lb. beet 2/9 lb. white cabbage 2 apples 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/5 tsp. citric acid 1/6 lb. ham 3/4 lb. goose fillet 1 cucumber 1 tomato 1 egg parsley greens salt

Directions: Cut cooked and peeled beet, cabbage and apples into thin stripes.
Press cabbage with salt, press the juice, mix with apples and beet, dress with mayonnaise and citric acid dissolved with water.
Top the salad with ham, goose, egg, cucumber and tomato slices and greens.
