Products Needed:
1/2 lb canned pineapple 3 tomatoes 2 oranges 2 duck fillets 1 lemon juice 1 tsp sugar 3 tbsp cream 4 lettuce leaves 2 tbsp vegetable oil salt to taste 1 tsp light soy sauce

Directions: Fry duck in oil until done, salt and cool.
Slice thinly pineapple, tomatoes and duck. Peel oranges and divide them into segments.
Mix cream with salt and sugar, stir well up and add lemon juice and soy sauce.
Cover a platter with lettuce leaves, put over the remaining ingredients, pour all with prepared sauce.
