Products Needed:
7 oz canned green asparagus 1/2 lb fried rabbit flesh 1/2 lb field mushrooms 5 tbsp vegetable oil 2 apples 2 peaches 3 tomatoes 6 lettuce leaves 1 bunch basil 3 tbsp wine vinegar 1 tsp adjika 1 tsp sugar

Directions: Slice mushrooms, fry in 2 tablespoons of oil, cool. Shred rabbit flesh, slice asparagus, tomatoes, apples and peaches. Shred lettuce leaves.
Whisk the remaining oil with vinegar, sugar and a half of chopped basil bunch.
Mix prepared ingredients, dress with oil mixture.
Top the salad with basil stalks.
