Products Needed:
2 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 3 cups milk 1 tbsp. starch 1/2 cup cream 3-4 tbsp. sugar

Directions: Bathe raspberries, drain the water.
Boil the milk, adding sugar.
Mix starch with some spoons of cold milk and put in hot boiling milk. Stirring constantly, bring to boil and add raspberries mashed through a sieve. Bring to boil again and cool.
Pour cream in prepared soup and whisk well. Serve with biscuits.
