1 cup rice 2 bananas raspberries, sea-buckthorns, blackberries, 2 oz each 3 oz green grapes 2 tbsp honey 3 tbsp lemon juice a dollop of pound clove 2-3 tbsp pineapple syrup 1 1/2 cup yoghurt 1 cup canned pineapple | Directions: Prepare crumbly rice in salted water, cast in a colander. Slice pineapples and bananas. Halve grapes, remove seeds.
Mix honey with lemon juice, cloves and pineapple syrup.
Mix fruits with rice, stir up carefully, put in large salad bowl, scatter over berries, cover with prepared dressing. Serve yogurt apart. |
