Products Needed:
8 slices pineapple 1 pear 1 apple 2 bananas 4 tbsp honey 1 inch ginger root 1 cup yoghurt zest of 1 lemon 1 tbsp cognac

Directions: Cut peeled pear and apple into slices, cut bananas along into halves.
Mix honey with grated ginger root and zest, pour fruits with this mixture.
Fry the fruits for 5 minutes on a grill, turning and pouring with honey mixture. Then pour all with cognac and burn. Cool.
Before serving, cut fruits into 2-4 pieces, put in the salad bowl and pour with a part of yogurt. Serve the remaining yogurt apart.
