Pit dates. Pour figs with boiling water, cool and cast in a colander. Cut the fruits, pour them with cognac, mixed with ½ part of lemon juice, leave for 1 hour.
Remove apples seeds, cut them into dices and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
Whisk sour cream with cinnamon and sugar. Mix dates with figs and cognac, add lemon juice, nuts, apples, dress all with sour cream, stir up and put in the salad bowl.
When serving, season the salad with zest.
