Prepare meat aspic (see the recipe «Poultry Aspic with Vegetables»).
Cut a half of ham into thin large slices, mince the remaining ham.
Cream butter, adding grated cheese, cream in chopped ham and cream. Salt to taste, dress with the sauce «Kabul» or chicken stock.
Roll ham slices, fill in with prepared mousse, arrange on round platter, season with chopped meat aspic. Top with greens.
