Products Needed:
7/8 lb. brynza 1/2 cup wheat flour 1 1/2 tbsp. water 2 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. vinegar salt parsley root

Directions: Put slaked soda in flour, add 2 yolks, dissolve with water. Whisk well, salt and sugar. Add whipped whites.
Cut bryndza into cubes, dip in the batter and fry in oil until golden. Serve warm with fried parsley bunches.
