1/2 lb. turkey fillet 2 boiled potatoes 1 cucumber 2 eggs 1/5 lb. tinned green peas 1 tbsp. wheat wheat flour 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. mayonnaise dill greens weed, parsley salt, black pepper ground to taste | Directions: Grind turkey fillet. Add combined with milk flour, eggs, salt, pepper and beat. Form 8 quenelles and boil in salted water. Cut potatoes and cucumber in bricks, combine with green peas, salt. Put on a plate, pour over with mayonnaise and decorate with greens. Put quenelles around. |
