Products Needed:
8-10 tubers potatoes 4-5 carrots 3-4 pickled cucumbers 4/9 lb. fish fillet 1 cup mayonnaise 1 oz. greens 2 oz. black olives 2 pickled cucumbers 1 pickled tomato salt to taste

Directions: Cook fish, cool and cut into thin slices.
Cook potatoes and carrot, cool and peel. Peel pickled cucumbers.
Shred potatoes, carrot and cucumbers, mix, salt to taste, stir and dress with mayonnaise.
Put the salad in the salad bowl, put fish slices around. Top with greens, marinated vegetables and olives.
