5/9 lb. boiled veal
1/3 lb. gammon
3 pickled cucumbers
2/9 lb. boiled tuna fillet
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
Directions:
Slice the fish. Cut thinly veal, gammon and cucumbers and mix with fish.
Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
