Products Needed:
1 1/9 lb. herring 1 oz. onion 1 apple 7 1/2 tbsp. sour cream lemon juice or vinegar salt sugar parsley root

Directions: Soak herring, take the fillet.
Cut the fillet into slices and put in the salad bowl.
Mix chopped onion and grated coarsely apple with sour cream, add sugar, salt to taste, add lemon juice or vinegar.
Pour herring with prepared sauce. Season with chopped greens.
