Products Needed:
7/8 lb. sterlet 7 tbsp. butter 1/6 lb. cheese 1/2 cup milk 1/4 lb. bread 1/3 tsp. mustard parsley greens ground pepper

Directions: Soak bread in milk, then press. Mince with herring fillet, then mash through a sieve.
Mix the mass with creamed butter, grated cheese, mustard, pepper, stir well up and put in the special dish.
Top with fish head and tail and parsley greens.
