1 1/9 lb. salmon
3 eggs
1 apple
2/9 lb. onion
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
12-15 kernels of the walnuts
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 cup milk
spring onion
Directions:
Take herring fillet, soak in cold milk and mince with peeled apples and sautéed chopped onion.

Add chopped nuts and 2 cooked eggs.

Stir the mass well, dress with mayonnaise, put in the salad bowl. Decorate with fish head and tail. Season with chopped cooked egg and chopped spring onion.
