Pour bones and meat with 1,5 liter of cold water, salt and cook over law heat for 2-3 hours. Some times before the end of cooking, add cut roots, onion, pepper and cook for additional 20 minutes. Filter the stock, shred the meat.
Knead the dough of milk, egg, flour, oil and salt. Bake pancakes. Cut the pancakes into thin stripes and put in prepared stock with cut meat. When serving, season the soup with minced greens.
