Baht veal, pour with 1 liter of cold water and cook over law heat, then cut the meat into circles and mix with filtered stock. Bring to boil and salt, put mushrooms and potatoes cubes in the stock, continue to cook over law heat.
Cut carrot and onion into dices and sautee in oil. When potatoes is done, add onion and carrot in the soup, pour kvass, add pepper and cook for additional 5-10 minutes.
When serving, season the soup with chopped greens.
