4/9 lb. beet
2 potatoes
1 egg
2/9 lb. dried fruits
1 cucumber
1 tbsp. sugar
1 oz. spring onion
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. 3% vinegar
salt
dill greens
Directions:
Peel baked beet, shred, sprinkle with vinegar and leave for 2-3 hours.

Cook dried fruits and cut potatoes apart.

Cool broths and mix. Add cooked and minced fruits, potatoes, beet, fresh cucumbers, chopped cooked egg, sour cream, dress with salt, sugar and put in cold place. When serving, season with chopped onion and greens.
