Products Needed:
1 1/9 lb. bilberries salt sugar 2 1/2 cups sour cream 1/2 cup wheat flour cinnamon ground

Directions: Cook bilberries in 1 liter of water, mash, add salt, cinnamon, sugar to taste.
Mix sour cream with flour, whisk in the soup and boil. If desired, add lemon juice. Serve the soup cooled.
