1 1/9-1 1/3 lb. turkey legs
1/3 lb. onion
2-3 carrots
1/2 cup rice
2/3 lb. white cabbage
2 oz. nettle
1-2 cloves garlic
4 boiled eggs
1 cucumber
1/2 cup vegetable oil
salt
peppercorn
Directions:

Cook stock of turkey legs, filter, separate fillet from bones and cut thinly.

Fry the rice in heated oil, add shredded onion, grated coarsely carrot and fry.

Shred cabbage, cook in the stock until half-done, add chopped nettle, bring to boil, put rice and vegetable, salt, pepper and cook until done.

Add minced garlic and turkey fillet. Bring to boil. Pour the shchi in plates and top with cucumber and cooked eggs «ilies»
