Products Needed:
1 1/9 lb. chicken plucks 5 potatoes 1/2 cup millet 2/9 lb. onion 2 carrots 2 oz. parsley root 2 oz. slab bacon 2 oz. spring onion salt bay leaf allspice parsley greens dill greens

Directions: Cook chicken giblets. Filter the stock, slice giblets. Pour bathed millet, cook through for 15 minutes, add potato cubes, sautee onion, carrot and parsley root with lard. Cook until done.
Before the end of cooking, add bay leaf, pepper and chopped giblets. Serve with chopped spring onion and greens.
