Products Needed:
4 eggs 5/9 lb. salted herring 1 tomato 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1-2 oz. pickles parsley greens

Directions: Take herring fillet, soak, if needed.
Cut the fillet into 8 long stripes. Make roll from each stripe.
Halve along cooked eggs and arrange on a platter yolk up (cut off the whites bottoms).
Scatter prepared herring over eggs. Top with mayonnaise, tomatoes and pickles slices, greens.
