Products Needed:
2/3 lb (300 gm) veal 4 eggs 2 oz (50 g) white bread 2 tbsp milk parsley greens 2 oz (50 g) spring onion peppercorn salt 2 tsp vegetable oil 2 tomatoeses 1 tsp wheat flour

Directions: Mince veal, add 2 fresh eggs, soaked in milk bread, chopped greens, pepper and grated onion. Season with salt and mix well.
Shape balls (2 for each serving). Make a hollow in each ball, fill it with a half of boiled egg yolk up.
Pour the prepared “nests” with sauce, cover and bake in an oven for 25-30 minutes.
To make sauce, fry flour in vegetable oil, cool a little and dilute with juice of cooked and mashed tomatoes. Add chopped greens and peppercorn, poach until thickens.
