Products Needed:
short 1 lb (400 gm) lamb 3 tbsp butter 2/3 lb (300 gm) tinned kidney beans 1 1/5 cup sour milk 1 tbsp wheat flour red ground peppercorn spring onion dill and parsley greens

Directions: Fry mutton portion chunks with beans in butter, season with salt, pepper, cover and stew for 15-20 minutes.
Add hot water and stew over low heat until meat and beans completely ready.
Add fried flour diluted with a portion of cooled a little bouillon came from stewing. Stir well and warm.
Serve with sour milk.
