Take off top cabbage leaves, bathe cabbage. Put in boiling salted water for 30 minutes, then cast in a colander, cool and press by hands.
Mince beef, salt, pepper and mix with chopped onion.
Turn cabbage leaves and fill the spaces with stuffing. tie cabbage with a thread, put in a pan, pour with stock and bring to done.
serve prepared cabbage with sour cream, topping with greens.
