| Directions: Cut meat across fibers into 4 portion pieces. Beat the meat and make round flat cakes over 0,5 -1 inch thick. Season with flour, salt before frying.
Fry onion rings in fat, then remove from frying pan.
Fry beefsteaks on the fat from onion frying until golden crust
( over 3-4 minutes each sides), reduce the heat and bring the meat to done.
Prepare fried eggs in butter.
Put prepared beefsteaks on portion frying pan or plate, arrange fried onion around. Pit 1 fried egg on each beefsteak.
Serve with potatoes or vegetables garnish.
