Products Needed:
1 3/4 lb. gammon
2/9 lb. onion
1/2 oz. garlic
1 1/2 cups kvass
1 bay leaf
1/2 oz. dried mint
1 tbsp. 3% vinegar
salt to taste
black pepper ground to taste
parsley greens
Directions:

Remove bones from gammon, lard with garlic and onion, season with pepper, rub with salt and pour with bread kvass with vinegar, mint and bay leaf.

Marinate the meat for 12 hours, then bake in oven until done.

Before serving, cut the pork into thin slices, pour with the juice from baking and season with mince greens. Serve with vegetables garnish.
