1/2 cup buckwheat
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. melted butter
salt to taste
Directions:
Prepare swampy buckwheat porridge in 1,5 cups of salted water.

Cool until 140°F and mix with whisked egg.

Put prepared mass on greased baking tray or frying pan. Let to firm up, then cut into portions and fry both sides on melted butter.
