Products Needed:
1 1/9 lb. chicken fillet
7 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 cup rice
4/9 lb. bread
1 1/2 cups kefir
1 quart fish stock
salt
ground pepper
Directions:

Cook rice in 3 cups of chicken stock over law heat. Dress prepared rice with 2 tablespoons of butter, put on baking sheet and pour with the remaining stock. Scatter over the rice, put over chicken slices fried in the remaining butter.

Pour the baking with kefir. Bake in heated oven.

When serving, cut the baking into slices.
