Salt, pepper prepared fish, cover with flour and fry in oil until golden crust.
Melt the butter, pour flour and sautee until light-golden, cool a little and dissolve with the stock. Mix with sour cream and cook through for 5-7 minutes. Cut thinly onion and fry.
Put the fish in greased frying pan, put sliced potatoes around, top with onion, pour with sour cream sauce, season with breadcrumbs and bake in oven.
