Products Needed:
8 potatoes 1 egg 1 1/2 cups wheat flour 1/3 lb. onion salt

Directions: Grate thinly potatoes. Drain a part of the juice, add flour to potatoes, put egg, salt and knead the dough.
Take small pieces of the dough by a spoon and put them in boiling salted water. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring carefully.
Cut lard into cubes and fry, add chopped onion and fry until golden, stirring constantly.
Before serving, pour knedliky with melted lard with onion. Serve the cauliflower salad apart.
