1 1/9 lb. fish fillet 5 1/2 tbsp. butter 1 egg 1/2 cup wheat flour 3 tbsp. bread crumbs 1/2 cup vegetable oil 5 slices bread salt parsley root | Directions: Beat fish fillet, put butter slice in each and roll into pipes. Cover with flour, dip in whisked egg, cover in bread crumbs and deep fry. Serve on bread toasts with vegetable garnish or salted vegetables, seasoning with chopped greens. |
