2 1/2 cups wheat flour
2-3 eggs
2 oz. fat
2 oz. cheese

Directions:
Aerate flour, add eggs, salt and 6-8 tablespoons of water, knead thick dough.

Roll out thinly, dry, season with flour and cut into squares over 0,4 х 0,4 inch.

Cut lard into cubes and melt.

Cook lasanki in boiling water, cast in a colander, pour with hot water and drain the water. Pour lasanki with melted lard. When serving, season with grated cheese.
