Products Needed:
1 3/5 lb (750 gm) forcemeat 2 onions 5 potatoes 3-4 tomatoeses 3-4 eggs 4/5 cup milk 6 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp wheat flour salt red and black peppercorn, ground parsley greens

Directions: Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil, add forcemeat, cut tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, stir and fry the mix for several minutes.
Dice potato and fry in oil.
Put half of the mix in a baking pan, put potato over the mix and then the rest mix. Pour with ½ cup water and stew in an oven for 20 minutes.
Fry flour in vegetable oil, cool a little, add milk and boil until thickens. Cool. Add egg yolks mixed with salt and beaten egg whites. Pour musaka with this dressing and bake in an oven until brown. Top with greens while serving.
