Products Needed:
1 1/3 lb. liver
1 bulb onion
1/4 lb. slab bacon
1 oz. garlic
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
2 oz. dried crusts
salt
Directions:

Cook liver, cut into long thin slices and put on greased frying pan. Chop onion and fry in a part of fat.

Cut pork lard into dices, cream with salt and garlic, put on the liver, mixing with onion, pour with sour cream. Season with breadcrumbs and bake in oven.
