Cut veal into cubes, salt and fry over law heat in oil.
Add onion rings. When softens, pour chopped tomatoes, dill and bay leaf. Pour all with ½ cup of water and stew over law heat.
When the meat softens, add flour, dissolved with wine, stir, put on greased frying pan and bake in oven.
Serve with potatoes puree, seasoning with chopped parsley greens.
