4 veal cutlets
1/2 cup milk or white wine or water
2 eggs
salt
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Beat meat, dock the edges with a knife.

Whisk eggs with milk, wine or water, salt. Stirring, pour flour until thick batter.

Dip meat in the batter and fry both sides in heated oil.

Serve at the moment with potato puree or potato salad.
