1 1/2 lb. flesh beef
2/3 lb. onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
black pepper ground
salt
Directions:
Mince the meat 2-3 times, salt, pepper and stir well up. Shape round sausages over 1 inch in diameter and 2 inches long, brush with oil and fry, turning over strong heat for 15 minutes.

Serve with onion rings, greens and fresh vegetables.
