Products Needed:
1 1/2 cups wheat flour 1/2 tsp. vinegar salt to taste 3-4 tbsp. hot water 6-7 1/2 tbsp. butter or margarine 9 tbsp. margarine or melted butter 4/9-1 1/9 lb. cottage cheese 2-3 eggs 2 tbsp. honey 2-3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 lemon zest

Directions: Knead the dough of listed products. Let stay, then divide into 9 equal parts.
Roll out into thin layers, let dry a little.
Mix mashed cottage cheese with whisked eggs, honey and sugar, add salt and grated lemon zest.
Brush layers with butter, put in a mold, interlay with the stuffing and bake in oven. Sprinkle prepared banitza with water, cover with a napkin and leave for some minutes.
