Products Needed:
5 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 2/9 lb. sheer nuts 2 oz. prunes 2 oz. raisins 2 oz. chocolate lemon zest 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup starch butter and wheat for form 1 tbsp. powdered sugar

Directions: Whisk yolks with sugar until puff froth. Add chopped prunes, minced nuts, raisins, grated chocolate and lemon zest, whisk in whipped whites and flour mixed with starch. Stir well up carefully.
Grease and cover with flour the mold, put the dough, bake in an oven for 45 minutes. Take prepared cake out from the mold, cool, season with powdered sugar.
