4 eggs
4 tbsp. butter
1 cup sugar
1 1/9 lb. sweet cheese mass
2 1/2 cups semolina
1/2 packet baking powder
1 lemon zest
1 1/9 lb. cherries
1 cup sour cream
Directions:

Cream butter with egg yolks, pour sugar (1/2 cup) step by step. Add cheese, semolina mixed with baking powder, minced lemon zest, whisk in carefully whipped whites.

Bake over medium heat until golden crust.

Pit cherries, pour 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix with sour cream. Pour prepared cake with cherry mixture and put in switched off oven to infuse.
