Products Needed:
2 cups wheat flour 1 tbsp. sugar 3 1/2 tbsp. butter 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp. rum lemon zest milk vegetable oil vanillin to taste Decoration: 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions: Put sugar in aerated flour, add whisked butter, rum, grated lemon zest and milk. Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour.
Then roll the dough out thinly and cut into figures. Fry scones in oil until golden-brown.
Cover hot scones with powdered sugar, mixed with vanillin.
