1/2 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup sugar
1 orange zest
1 1/2 cups cream
2 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. gelatin
Directions:
Steam poppy-seeds in hot water, then mince.

Soak gelatin in cold water, then melt.

Whisk cream, adding sugar, then whisk in bathed and dried raisins, zest, poppy-seeds and prepared gelatin.

Put the mass in molds and refrigerate until firms up. Before serving, remove the mousse on a platter, top with scones.
