4 cups wheat flour
8 egg yolks
1 1/2 oz. yeast
7/8 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
2/3 lb. dried apricots
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups cherry jam
2/3 lb. prunes
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Chop aerated flour with butter or margarine until crumbs.

Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add yolks, whisk well, whisk in the mixture in the dough and stir well up.

Steam dried fruits. Cut prunes and dried apricots into stripes, add raisins and jam, stir well up.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, roll them out and put on greased baking sheet, interlaying with the stuffing. let stay for 40 minutes, then brush with egg, season with sugar and bake in oven.
