Products Needed:
5/9 lb. margarine 2 cups wheat flour 1/3 lb. cottage cheese 2 eggs 1 cup sugar salt to taste 1/5 tsp. baking soda

Directions: Chop margarine with flour. Mix egg yolks with cottage cheese. mix flour mixture with cheese mixture, add salt and soda, stir well up.
Whisk whites with sugar, adding it in 3 times.
Roll out the dough thinly, scatter over white mass and make a roll carefully. Cut the roll into rings. Put the biscuits on baking tray covered with flour and bake.
