3 1/2 oz. fruits (pears, peaches, apricots) 3 1/2 oz. sugar flavoring (1 vanilla pod, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2-3 drops orange essence, 1 tsp. cognac...) | Directions: Rinse and pit fruits, and then slice.
Cook the syrup from powdered sugar with a cup of water. Relish, add fruit slices. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring now and then. In a blender make the puree from the mixture.
Filter. Chill and leave in a cool place. |
