Products Needed:
7/8 lb. cottage cheese 4/9 lb. margarine 3 cups wheat flour sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda salt

Directions: Chop margarine and grate coarsely, mix with mashed cottage cheese, add soda and flour, knead the dough.
Roll out prepared dough, cut into circles.
Dip each circle by one side in sugar, then fold in halves sugar inside. Dip one side in sugar again and fold in halves sugar inside again. Cut the edges to make «coq feathers».
Dip each «coq» in sugar by one side, put on baking sheet sugar at the top and bake.
