Slice chicken fillet. Peel and seed apples, dice. Sauté chicken with apples in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Combine honey with vinegar, soya sauce, clove pepper, white wine, salt and pepper. Add sauce and keep simmering for 5 minutes.
For the topping shred nougat in a blender until of a crumbly mixture. Combine with breadcrumbs.
Put the fillet with apples and sauce in the greased form, sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in the oven at 180 °С.
