Products Needed:
3 cups wheat flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4/9 lb. butter
1/3 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 cups jam
powdered sugar
Directions:

Mix flour, sugar, eggs, softened butter and slaked soda until crumbly consistence. Put 2/3 of the dough on greased baking tray, cover with jam and season with the remaining «crumbs». Bake in oven. Cut hot pastries into portions, season with powdered sugar, cool and remove from the baking tray.
