Products Needed:
1 3/7 lb. jam 1 cup semolina 3 tbsp. Madeira or rum 5 eggs 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup sheer nuts 1 tbsp. butter

Directions: Cream yolks with a half of yolks until white, mix with creamed jam, add rum or Madeira, semolina and whipped egg whites.
Put prepared mass in greased mold, season with the remaining sugar, pound nuts and bake in oven.
